I bought Wisdom From T.D. Jakes recently and I noticed that there is no entry for the Subjects column and that I could not enter any information on my own.

Is there a way to do this or is it a suggestion one should forward to Logos?

Sorry we can't edit the subject field - a discussion at http://community.logos.com/forums/t/61259.aspx gives a bit more context including a mechanism for suggesting changes to Logos.

Rosie and Mark Smith's comments are particularly insightful. Thanks again, Graham.

This is a Vyrso book. Vyrso books don't have subjects. That's one of the reasons they're cheaper.

IOW, putting them on the Metadata page is not a good idea. It won't accomplish anything other than making Logos waste time they could have spent on correcting real metadata errors.
