Logos cannot open

When I click to open Logos, it asked to log in and I did so. After updating, the software cannot open:

After this, the same problem persists hereafter....

Hi Ng Kee Chuan - and welcome to the forums.

The log shows a similar problem to that reported at http://community.logos.com/forums/t/39636.aspx

Does the suggestion at http://community.logos.com/forums/p/39636/297761.aspx#297761 help you?

Also, have you thought about upgrading to Logos 5? (free upgrade is available at https://www.logos.com/installation

As well as providing new features this does fix a lot of problems.
