5.2a B1: Various Library bugs

See below. Note that Library is in a panel and Logos is full screen (1366x768)

• Ratings are wrong as already observed  (no star = myrating:1, one star = rating:2, 3 star = rating:4)
• Columns no longer take the full title as before e.g. My Tags. I expanded Rating to show the wasted space now incurred on the right
• The top line is much too crowded. I previously advocated removing Browse to make more space by having Prioritize work as a toggle. It's time this was done. You could also eliminate the three icons for Library format and have a drop menu.

There's an active case for this in Development. I will add a link to this thread to the case so that we will update it once this issue is fixed.

Prioritize has been implemented to work as a toggle button in 5.2a Beta 4.
