I've tested the Fabric theme on multiple computers, and it never loads the backgrounds on any of them. It's just blank.

I have not run into this issue in house. Which operating systems has this issue happened on? Do you have any trouble loading any other backgrounds or just the fabric themed ones?
We've tried it with Windows XP and Windows 7. The fabric theme is the only one that gives us problems.
