Logos 5 crash after install of software and log into account

Today I defrag my hard drive on my computer, then tried to use Logos 5.  However it would not start so I tried to repair it in the control panel.  This did not work.  Restart then uninstall Logos 5 reinstalled from: www.logos.com/install  software downloaded and installed and asked me to login to my account.

upon login  a window came up and said Logos 5 has stopped working and must close.

Tech support could not help me on Saturday when I tried as this was above their head.

Now I have to wait until Monday until the higher ups are in.

I was trying to complete some work on Logos tonight, but the software will not even load now.

If someone has some suggestions...please advise

hey...thanks for your help...when I hit the control C key upon logging in after reinstall, it downloaded and rebuilt my database.

all fixed now...
