Scan command unsuccessful

I'm trying to use the scan command as detailed in the wiki: http://wiki.logos.com/Logos_5_Commands

to find some *.lbxlls files on and old CD, but the command doesn't seem to work (I even restarted.) I can see the books in my old L3 installation, but can't get them into L5. Is there supposed to be some indication that the scan process is happening upon restart?

I think the reason may be that L3 hasn't uploaded the license yet. It is stuck on "Submitting Product Activation Details. This is an old "E4 Bible Study Library" that I have. I may have to call customer support on Monday unless anyone has any suggestions.

You need to synchronize licences but if you remain stuck on activating Libronix thern call customer support with the serial number or evidence of purchase.
