SUGGESTION: Jacob and the Divine Trickster

I came across this book on Amazon yesterday. It's refreshing to see that someone else's eyes see, even if dimly. This guy's perspective is extremely narrow, but he's on the right track. I would love to see this in Logos, preferably sooner than later. If Logos can get this offered and through PrePub quickly, maybe I won't have to buy a hard copy. I will have to get this one way or the other, though, since my next book will be on this subject, only much more deeply and much more broadly.

Well, alternatives demand customers, I suppose.

I'd always viewed the accounts as obviously humorous. And my computer syntactical pattern matcher always noticed they're more often associated with women, with no moral/ethical binding attached (he also connected the Isaac group and the Abraham group along with the later Judah group).

Just came across this thread. As the author of the book under discussion, my sincerest thanks for your advocacy here. I haven't heard anything from Logos on this front, but either way I am hopeful you were able to get ahold of a copy for your purposes, David Paul.
