I purchased a Logos 4 Silver Package in 2010. My computer received a death blow due to a virus, so I have purchased a new one. When I added Logos 4 to it, it installed fine, but only the engine is there. My library will not index, and the Service Depart at Logos.com won't return my e-mail. Their 800 number locks me into a automated quagmire that doesn't address the problem.
As a starving seminary student, I can't spend hundreds of dollars every few years to buy a new Logos package, and view my initial investment as a lifetime one.
Any advice?
