Hello, I have just downloaded and installed Logos 5. Looks great. I have a new logos.com account which bears no resemblance to my old account whatsoever :-D. How can I persuade Logos 5 to accept my existing resources and licenses?

You should have used your old account ID and email address to install Logos 5. You will need to call Customer Service to explain the situation, and they ought to be able to merge your two accounts so that your existing resources will download automatically.

If you've changed your account, you will need to call or email customer service (contact info on the Logos.com main page - upper right).
