Can somebody explained what is the difference between these two products and which one is more useful please?

As I understand it...
The sectarian manuscripts are the Qumran documents that are pretty much everything that isn't a Bible document.
The Qumran BIBLICAL DSS database is a breakdown of all the DSS documents that are found in Tanakh.
These do not cover overlapping material. Which one is more useful depends on whether one is studying what the Qumran residents' beliefs, community practices, and thoughts about Scripture were, or rather is studying what their Bible scrolls said.
