(1a) Qumran Sectarian Manuscripts:  This the standard morphological database of the non-biblical texts

(1b) If, you are interested in ancient Judaism, Classical Hebrew, and theological ideas before the time of the NT text get the it here:

(2a) Qumran Biblical DSSD: This is a morphological database that has the biblical manuscript found among the Qumran/Dead sea scrolls

(2b) If, you are interested in Old Testament Textual Criticism then get it at the following link: https://www.logos.com/product/5961/qumran-biblical-dead-sea-scrolls-database

Keep in mind that Both (1) and (2) are in Classical Hebrew. The tagging alone is in English. AND

(3) If ,however, you want an English translation with Hebrew text then the following might be better for you: https://www.logos.com/product/4241/the-dead-sea-scrolls-study-edition-vol-i-1q1-4q273-vol-ii-4q274-11q31

But, (3) isn't taggedSad

(4) There is also a stand alone English translation of the non-biblical scrolls here: https://www.logos.com/product/8868/the-dead-sea-scrolls-a-new-translation

(5) Last but not least an English transation of biblical manuscripts found at qumran: https://www.logos.com/product/8933/dead-sea-scrolls-bible

As I understand it...

The sectarian manuscripts are the Qumran documents that are pretty much everything that isn't a Bible document.

The Qumran BIBLICAL DSS database is a breakdown of all the DSS documents that are found in Tanakh.

These do not cover overlapping material. Which one is more useful depends on whether one is studying what the Qumran residents' beliefs, community practices, and thoughts about Scripture were, or rather is studying what their Bible scrolls said.

Not specific to the question (which I'm not sure what it was, if not sectarian vs Biblical), but an interesting site:
