blank Emphasized Bible
For some reason my Emphasized Bible is blank in the text portion. The Table of Contents shows but no Bible contents. This is only on one user side. It works fine on the other. It did originally work, but has not for some time. Tech support had no solution. Perhaps someone has had this happen and has a resolution.
Thanks

I wouldn't expect this to cause exactly the symptoms you are seeing but have you checked whether "Bible text only" is selected?
If so, try deselecting it and see what happens.

No go on that. Thanks anyway.

1. Do you get a blank page display at the very beginning of the resource? if it starts within the resource we'd know it was a corrupted file.
2. Does it behave the same if the TOC is not displayed?
3. Have you tried it when it is the only resource open? in full screen mode?
4. What language is your UI? what is your default font? Is there a scroll bar on the bottom of the window?
5. What do you mean it works on one side?
6. Have you tried hiding the resource, waiting a bit, then restarting to unhide it?
Answers to these questions should narrow down what is causing it.

Not sure what TOC is but if that is text only it is the same whether checked or not. Have not changed anything since it last worked with fonts and all. All other books are fine. Yes to the rest. Don't know what UI is. Don't recall making changes since it last worked.
Thanks

TOC is "table of contents" so MJ was asking if you get the same problem if you hide that.
UI is "user interface" which can be set to different languages. Do you know what setting you are using?
In your original post you referred to it working ok on the other side. What did you mean by that?

I have two users on the same computer. When the problem started happening I deleted the program on the second user, and then from that user clicked on the program from the first user. It then proceeded to reload the program, but still no text. There is no problem with the text on the first user.

You seem to be using non standard usage of terms. Do you mean that you had two user accounts on your computer, or that there were two people (users) on the computer? Did you have more than one installation of Logos on your computer (I.e. One in each user account?) If so, why? If so, were they both using your credentials, or someone else's?

Yes, two user accounts using the same credentials. It's just me, but I like to keep some things separated. I had two installations, but now only one. Either way I get the same result with the Emphasized Bible. It works fine on one user account, but no text on the other.

If you would run the tests I suggested we could tell if it is a corrupted file, corrupted index or corrupted installation. Only tech support can log in and run the tests themselves. Here we are volunteers who depend upon your testing and giving an accurate account of the results. Or providing logs that show what is going on.
