HI Lynden

I can't reproduce this but don't have some of the apps installed which you do

Where are these displays from?

It looks as though the second is from the library panel and the third is from the resource info panel. Is that correct?

I can't work out where the first is from.

Graham

They are all from the resource info panel.

I'm not sure about the text being cut off (maybe a Desktop person can address that), but there's definitely a bug here...Faithlife Mobile and Flashcards don't support resource download management (since they're not reader apps) so they shouldn't be appearing in that list at all.

This is what I see with Anchor Bible Dictionary.

Lynden Williams:

They are all from the resource info panel.

Which resources?

It looks as though you are using NKJV for one of them. For that I get

NKJV is definitely one of them, and yours is definitely working.

I'm guessing the panel is coded to have enough room to display our six reader suite apps and the additional apps ("faithlifemobile" and "wordlistflashcards") are causing the issue.

Thanks Drew, how can I fix it?

Should they be included here at all? (Edit: Drew's post below suggests they shouldn't be - so it is strange they appear for Lynden and not for me)

Would we want to be loading resources to those apps? Not sure what that would actually mean.

I have the wordlist app installed but don't see it in the "Download to" panel

A desktop dev will have to comment on whether or not there's a workaround, I don't know. This may require a program update to remove the unwanted apps from the list...

Sorry Drew - I missed your comments above about them not supposed to be included

Can you think of anything particular you did to demonstrate your "specialness"?

Other than try and stop Logmein while it was doing something, and then giving Logos extra permission somewhere in the firewall so that it would download resources and the engine when I tell it to, no.

It has been trying to download a 400k book for almost half an hour and it is still stuck at zero. I will need to log of and maybe restart the computer to fix it. Something got broken in Windows it seems. May have to reformat.

I've just got the wordlist column to appear after installing the app on my Android phone - but still layout is ok

Maybe things get slipped to the left with the faithlifemobile app (I haven't got round to signing up for Google Play testing so can't install it on Android)

Were your screenshots from Logmein or directly from Windows?

Windows. Some parts of Logmein will not work from this computer. That is how I know windows is broken.
