See this thread. Sorry for the second post, but since I have not gotten any Logos responses I wonder if someone thought the problem, as originally reported, was just a user error using scan or something.
Please see the last post in the linked thread - Mac version is reporting I do not have license to a resource that I do on the Windows version.
