4645.Logos.log.docx
A week ago I noticed that Logos was "indexing" but it never went above 0%. I looked into it this morning and learned how to report a problem; so I went through the steps of re-logging in and now the whole program crashes when I try to bring it up on my computer. I am attaching the log files.
Dan Glass: I am attaching the log files.
That didn't succeed, Dan. Attach the files using the paper-clip icon above your reply area.

Thanks for the help. Sorry, I am not sure why it didn't work the first time. Probably user error. Let me know if there is anything else I can get that would help solve the issue.
Hi Dan
Instead of pasting the logs please upload them using the paperclip icon.
Do you have an indexer.log file as well?
Sorry, I messed that up. I am new to the forums and didn't realize how the attachment tool worked. Is there a way to delete that post. Attached is the indexer log

No problem
Dan Glass:. Is there a way to delete that post
Not easily after more replies have been added
It is possible to edit a post - click the "More" button and select the appropriate option - for some hours after a post has been made but then it's fixed.
Dan Glass:Attached is the indexer log
With regards to the log itself was this with Logos stopped or running?
I can't see any issues in the log although it might appear to be hanging right at the end on "Merging Postings" but we will need someone with more understanding of the indexer log file to comment on that.
For completeness can you upload logos.log as well when Logos is not running?
I apologize again for my newness to this. I have never had any issues until now. How would I find the logos.log files when Logos is not running?

The same way you found the logos.log file when it was running!

I uninstalled and reinstalled Logos 5 and it seems to be working well and is currently indexing properly. Thank you, everyone, for your help.
