"Compare" portion of site down / unresponsive

Logos / Faithlife probably knows this, but just in case...
I can get to the web site home page without difficulty. But when I try to go to the "Compare" page (https://www.chase.com/compare), I'm getting tcp / http timeouts (blank page, with a browser provided error message).

Just got off the phone with a sales rep at Faithlife. They can't look up my account, give me a quote, take an order, etc. because *their* system has crashed and they're as helpless as we are with the web site.
Feel bad for those folks...

Looks like the site (including https://www.logos.com/basepackages, which is where logos.com/compare will take you) is back up again.

And, like you say, the other comparison pages don't work at all.
For me personally, that doesn't make the site much more useful than when it was down, I'm afraid. But I guess it's a step in the right direction.
