Please help. I have an Ipod touch. When I attempt to download a book. The awailable online shows up, but the switch is greyed out. Suggestions? Thanks.

Phillip, you need to have a license for a book to be able to download it. You can purchase books from our website: http://www.logos.com/basepackages

Is this the only reason for a grayed out offline switch? I most definitely have a license for the NLT, but its gray (at least last time I checked).

When you have a license for the book and it is still grayed out, it means that the book is not yet able to be downloaded on the itouch/phone.

The NLT is available for offline viewing, but you also have to have one of the Logos 4 base packages as well (or at least I believe the minimal crossgrade which costs $70 or so).
