Send to Kindle not working for me

I'm a big Kindle user and cannot get "Send to Kindle" to work.

I would appreciate help. I recently downloaded Logos 6 Gold on a Macbook pro Retina with 128 SSD and 8Go RAM.

I followed the tutorial video's instructions. I typed in the "Set kindle to …" in the command bar. When I'm connected to Internet, the "send to kindle" option appears in the information menu of each ressource. I've double checked the send to Kindle address and the authorization address in Amazon (I tried both "noreply@logos.com" and the more general "@logos.com").

Any help on this would be welcome.

Here is a screen shot of the book saying "upload is in progress". I've tried this with several books and it gives me the same eternal uploading in progress message:

can you attach a logos.log file (see https://wiki.logos.com/diagnostic_logging )? 

Running Logos 9 latest (beta) version on Win 10

Sure can do! But Logos isn't crashing on me (the logging utility did). So when do I know that the needed data is in the file?

Attached is a log file (the logging utility crashed, so hopefully you have all the data you need).

It looks like there was a problem with your Kindle email address in our database. I have fixed it on our end and re-sent all of the books you had requested. They should appear on your kindle shortly.

Thank you Dustin, they've all downloaded! I'm so happy with this new feature. One more reason to buy my books on Logos if the price is right!

Jake - a call to customer service would be a more reliable way to contact Logos to check /correct the address.
