Possible Resource Issue with Vines

I was using Lexham Guide for Philippians, in Exhortations for Unity: Phil. 1:27-2:30; Key Words section the is the word:

Locked: “Harpagmos” Vine’s Expository Dictionary of Old and New Testament Words"

It shows the resource as LLS: Vines, but I I have this in my library as LLS:46.10.8, 2010-11-12T19:14:22Z, TN_VINES.logos4 which I can open in my library- it is the same resource.

I have checked on line I own this, but it remains locked within this resource is this something Logos needs to fix?

Do you mean so that links work irrespective of which work you have?

That would be nice but not sure how feasible it is to do
