I was listening to the ESV audio by David Cochran Heath, starting from 1 Chronicles 10. L6 was highlighting each verse as the audio progressed; and the text in the window would shift up when the current line got to be about 10 lines from the top of the window. Further, the current verse in the little player control would advance.

When the text reached 1 Chron 16:8, those behaviors stopped happening. The verse highlights no longer happened. The current verse in the player control stopped changing. And the text would not shift up in the window until it reached beyond the visible text in the window. The main change in the text at 16:8 is that the formatting shifts to highlight the poetic nature of the text.

Windows 7. L6.0 SR-4. In case it matters, I was listening at 1.4 speed. When it is working, this is a fantastic feature. First time I'd used it.

I can reproduce this. It appears that when the reading enters a poetry section of text it stops handling verses properly (note that the same thing happens in Lamentations 2). I'll look into the issue.

This should be fixed in 6.0a Beta 2.
