Fixed, Re-downloaded core engine and it installed ok.
I am having this same problem on Windows 8.1 and Windows 7 computers. I would delete the older versions if I could find those in the list on uninstall programs but it is not listed. Try to download the new 4.5 and it says I already have it running. What core engine are you referring to and how do I do that? Any help would be much appreciated.
