Hi,

I can't open Enhanced Strong's Lexicon in Libronix. It crashes Libronix everytime.

Any wisdom?

Hi  Terry,

I see Mark directed you here.  Are you using Logos for mac 1.2.2 or the new Logos 4 Alpha?

Hello Joe,

I'm not very good at this sort of question, but I'm pretty sure it's Mac 1 because that's what briefly flashes up on the opening screen.

The other data i have is in the 'about Libronix DLS' window which shows: Libronix Digital Library System 1.0 (176)

Hope this helps.

Ta

Hi Terry, that is perfect and the exact info I needed.

I can open it in mine version so I am not sure what the specific issue is for you.

1. Has it opened in the past?

2. Have you tried shutting down the application and restarting?

I've confess to not using it much! But... so far as I can recall it went wrong after Snow Leopard upgrade. I had a major, major difficulty with this upgrade - 2 days worth in fact. So it is very possible something went wrong then. I had to reinstall pretty much all my applications from scratch.

1. No, it hasn't opened for some months, but I haven't done anything about it 'til now.

2. Yes, many times.

I've done some more work without any success.

I deleted the existing strongs.lbxlls file. I replaced it with the original off my software CDs. No success.

I then deleted this file, downloaded the file from your online resources, as suggested by Mark, and put it in place. No success.

Each time I did this I did a 'refresh resources' from the preferences panel. (I hadn't a clue what that meant but it looked hopeful!)

I then did a re-install of the Logos Bible Software: Mac Library Upgrade. No success.

I've now run completely out of ides, but I've attached a copy of the crash report generated by Apple if it is of any use to you.

George did it. It won't stop until you buy BDAG, but even then George made it so Strong's just disappears...

George did it.

Terry probably has no idea who George is.

Your right. I have no idea what you're talking about, but something tells me I need a sense of humor here!

Let me guess...

Mark is part of Logos.

Mike is also part of Logos - seeking to score points somewhere!

Who's George?

Who/what is BDAG?

Oh, and yes... Mr Strong I recognize.

Hi guys,

Don't worry about trying to sort out my Strong's Lexicon problem. I've purchased another software package that does the job perfectly for me.

Lord bless
