[resolved] Bug: Export to Excel does not work
Filter Library (to get a manageable list of 100 or so titles)
Print/Export library
Select Excel in Send to new document
You might see a brief flash of a button for Excel on the Windows Taskbar but nothing else happens.
Paste into open document (Excel) also does not work.
Save as file to Excel XML format works OK.
Same issue with Analysis view in Morph Search.
Using Office 2013.

It works for me (that's how I was able to report this other bug). I did notice, however, that it didn't bring the new Excel document to the foreground, so I had to go find it among the open Excel files. And that seems like a new problem. I think I recall that Export to a new document would bring that document to the front (at least for Word docs it did and still does). But for Excel that aspect of it doesn't work. However it does create the document. Look again and see if you can find it open on your machine somewhere.
Paste into open document (Excel) works for me too. But again, it doesn't bring that document to the foreground. With paste to open document (Word) from Print/Export in a resource, this works.

I'm not able to reproduce the library export issues. The selected titles from my library exported to both a new spreadsheet and open sheet. (Latest version of Excel (64 bit) and Logos 6.0a SR-3)
I didn't attempt the issue with Analysis view in Morph search as I'm not very familiar with it.

Hmm, OK maybe it's something that got broken in 6.0b beta then. I'm using 6.0a SR-3, and it works for me (albeit not perfectly, because as I pointed out above, it doesn't bring the newly created Excel spreadsheet to the front).

Does it not work for all exports to Excel? or just for specific searches?
Also does the Excel open up? Or does it show a not even show up on the taskbar?

The issue is exactly as described in the OP (same for a Word List).
On one occasion Excel appeared in the Taskbar for a couple of seconds (as a New document) but nothing is written.

I see the same problem.
Sometimes Excel just flashes in the background - once a blank Excel screen opened for a few seconds and then closed

For Office 2013 Click to Run or Office 365 the resolution appears to be dependent on Microsoft, not Faithlife.
