Bug RC1: More issues with Passage Guide Pericopes
This is not to be expected from an RC that claims to have solved a problem with pericopes.
1. Start with a Guide on a verse(s) in Rev 12 and then backspace to the colon:-
2. Type Rev 12:1
3. Type Rev 12:1 after creating the PG for the Matthew pericope
The Matthew suggestion is missing presumably because the generated guide was for the Matthew pericope, but it doesn't apply to Revelation pericope suggestions.
4. After clicking the second pericope & generating the Guide:-
5. After re-selecting the pericope
This is especially undesirable and occurs for other passages e.g. Gen 8:1-19
6. The pericope suggestions come only from one's preferred Bible (ESV)
Please re-instate the suggestions from other bibles that were in Logos 4/5 and 6.0a because I miss them and because I occasionally change my preferred bible and won't see those from the ESV.

I will create a case for this issue.

This happens to any pericopes that are re-selected on Windows. I will create a case for Development to fix this issue.

My point was about the appearance and behaviour of the Matthew suggestion, not its disappearance - it shouldn't appear when requesting a guide on Revelation.

Sorry I quoted the wrong text. [:(]
The case I made was about the appearance and behavior of the Matthew suggestion. Also when I was creating the case I noticed that the Matthew suggestion only appears if the ESV is the top Bible.

I had read it but there were some important differences on Windows.

This should be fixed in 6.0b RC 2.

Not quite fixed in RC2:-
Dave Hooton said:1. Start with a Guide on a verse(s) in Rev 12 and then backspace to the colon:-
Now I get 3 other suggestions for Revelation 12: (typing Rev 12: produces no suggestions)
Rev 12 produces a suggestion for Rev 13:1-10.

6.0b has shipped to stable with the previously mentioned fixes, and these additional issues should be fixed when 6.1 goes into beta. (Just clarifying for those getting here from release notes).
