  • Re: SUGGESTION: Missing in Parallel Passages Collection

I am not familiar with any of these personally but parallel passages resources are extremely useful and the titles you propose would help remedy several blind spots in what is currently available.

  • Re: Cross-reference error in Parallel Passages

Thanks for the rapid response. In studying Ps 69, I asked for a parallel passages report, which was duly presented. However, in the parallel passages for v. 9, I was presented with Rom. 15:13, which should clearly have been Rom. 15:3. Just wanted to know how to report this.

  • Just upgraded to 3.0g and 'Parallel Passages' is greyed out?

I purchased the Series X several years ago and attempted to install a version to my new laptop. After installing the original software, I was getting update errors. I then uninstalled the original version with 3.0g. I then synced all my licenses and walked thru my 'X' CD's to unlock all my resources. All my resources appear to be working but my 'Parallel...

  • Cut off text in Parallel Passages under "Passage Guide"

I don't know if this is a known thing but a super quick search didn't bring anything up so I figured I would post. When looking at parallel passages in the Passage Guide if the listed parallel passages are longer than the column width it cuts of the references rather than creating a line break. Do you want my logs for this?

  • Parallel Passages

At what base package level is the "Parallel Passages" in the "Passage Guide" supposed to work? Mine is always grayed out and I don't see this feature in the missing features list as a "to come" feature. It worked just fine in L3.

Or Tools > Text Comparison. F7 brings up a streamlined pop-up window with the parallel passages in your top four Bibles, but you might want it in a tab or floating window where you have more control over how it displays and what versions show up in it.

Hi Luther, I’m not sure which of these may pertain to what you want, but here are a few options: To locate the “harmony resources” type this in the Find box of the Library: type:harmony OR Select some text in a Bible and then press F7 OR In the Command box type Show Passage Analysis which is also located on the Tools menu OR Look at the Parallel Passages...
