  • Re: Video input issue - Elgato HD60 Pro

Had a discussion with a developer on this issue a while back. Yes - video input is still basically in beta. They added very quickly to help church and when they have the time they will go back and refine it / make it work better. Its a shame that it does not seem to like the elgato stuff, but I am now using the elgato cards straight into OBS and using

Unfortunately not. As of last week it still only showed up as a black screen in proclaim. Had a remote session with help desk after this post and they could not get it working - issue was reported to dev team, but not working yet. We have been using our hd60s+ cards, the usb version of the pro. Which was working fine. Now it only appears as a square

Hi Sean Ive taken a look at my privacy settings. Proclaim has permission to use the camera. - I have submitted a log file. I've also just conencted a usb webcam, which works - its only the inbuilt caputre card that does now, which is odd becuase it works with other software. Any help would be gratefully received.

  • Video input issue - Elgato HD60 Pro

Having a bit of an issue with the Video Input in Proclaim I am very fortunate to have access to both an HD60 S and an HD60 Pro video capture device. The HD60 S connects to the PC via a USB, whilst the Pro is built into the PC. The S shows up in Proclaim and works very well. The Pro only displays a black screen. using the same camera for both cards works

  • Video broke half way though service this morning.

Hi, we had a 2 minute video to play this morning, which was uploaded during the week and had been played twice before the service to show various people that it was working. When I came to play the video during the service the play button had disappeared from the video in preview/edit mode and it would not auto play. I added the video to the playlist

  • OSB glitchy/broken on two different machines

My church meets in two locations across the road from each other so use two different computers. Recently the on screen bible has failed to load on a few occasions. You have to go back to the previous slide then into the OSB to get it working - it just sits there with a black or white screen. Today both machines were unable to display a reading from

  • Can I download the media I have uploaded to the media library?

My Church has recently switched from 4:3 to 16:9 in one of our venues (the other remains 4:3). A couple of years ago I uploaded a bunch of background images and videos to Proclaim. It appears that most of these were 4:3. Now we have switched to 16:9 images / motion videos no longer work that well as backgrounds as proclaim does not resize them to fit
