you can also go to https://www.amazon.com/myk and set the email address on your kindle device. You could just change the email address on your kindle to the misspelled address you submitted to amazon.
-
Unfortunately, you're right -- it's totally on Amazon. This is done automatically to any document sent to them before sending to the device.

When I try to link my account, I get the message "failed to link account". The logs show a problem POSTing to https://sendtokindleapi.logos.com/.. . When I try to do a post manually with no body, I get a 503 back. I can post the logs if needed, but thought this would probably be enough. $ curl -XPOST https://sendtokindleapi.logos.com/v1/account 503

I'm not sure if I'm not using it correctly of if this is a problem, but I was using the sentence diagram tool to show the flow of Hebrews 1. Everything works fine except that vv 13-14 can't be moved up to the rest of the text. I had dragged them to the bottom so I could work with the preceding verses, but now I can't move them back up, and there's plenty

sorry 'bout that - thanks

Jane - The last thing Logos would ever do would be to go back on a promise. As a developer myself, I can tell you that getting everything right everywhere all the time isn't easy, even with testing. They did have some problems with letting people know that their profile was complete. I suspect, though, that even if they didn't recognize your completed

I'm ok with it pasting as a table in to word if it would do it. What I like to do is dump a chapter at a time, add some extra blank spaces between the lines, then print to the printer. I use the extra space as work space for translating. Being very rusty, having the morphology info close at hand is very useful.
-
I'm using Logos 5 beta 3 and Word 2011. Everything I have tried has been through the print dialog rather than just select/copy/paste. I tried saving as PDF, and that did work, but the other options (sending to word, pasting to word, saving as text) only captured the surface text.
-
I would like to take a chapter from UBS and print the text and morphology below it. When I go to print, the preview looks perfect, but no matter if I save/copy to Word, save to text, or copy to clipboard, it will only print the surface text, not the morphology below it. If I send it to a printer, it does print as shown in the preview. Is this intended

...or maybe it's Logos resources you can't hide?
-
Is there a limit in Logos5 as to how many resources can be hidden? I have 10 volumes of "The Bible and its Story" than won't hide.
-
Many thanks! I'm reindexing after hiding a lot of resources. It's only 20% done reindexing, and I'm already down 4GB.
-
How do you hide many at a time? When I'm in the list of resources, I can only cmd-right click on one at a time. The critical question is, "Does this remove them from disk?" If it doesn't remove them from disk, then my primary problem remains.
-
I would really appreciate the ability to choose which resources are downloaded to my computer in the same way that I have to choose resources on IOS. I have a MacBook Air with a tiny hard drive. Logos takes up > 20GB, and I bet I don't use more than 2GB of resources. I'm going through what I have now to see what I can give up licenses for, since that

I had a notice that there were updates and to restart Logos. I did, but it wouldn't come back up. I removed Logos per the instructions in the forum, including emptying the Trash can. I re-installed the latest beta, but I get the same error. I tried to attach the log and the error message to this post, but I don't see where that is possible, so I'm including

I have a lot of resources that I just don't and will not use. I'd like to remove them if possible since I don't want them to clutter up my desktop, iPhone or iPad. At the least, I'd like for them to be hidden. I know that I can hide them one at a time in my preferences, but is there someone I can do this en masse? Or just remove them all together? This

I'd like a way to easily see all the resources that are available offline. In particular, when you click on the Library icon at the bottom, there are two buttons at the top: Library and Recent Books. How about a third button, "Downloaded Books"? That would make me very happy :) Thanks!

Def. agree with "Plain Language." Easy and informative read. Also see "The Story of Christianity" and "History of Christian Thought" by Gonzalez (I don't think either are in Logos, though, but still essential reading).

If you have Bunyan's works, then the index file should look like the attached file, which I suppose you could use instead of generating one yourself. 0550.Bunyan.html
