  • Am I missing something?

    Using Logos on an iPad 11 Pro how do i set it so highlights I’m taking go to a specific notebook? For example i’m currently going through Galatians for the first time with a study guide. I’ve been highlighting things as i go. When i went to the notes section all of my highlights were there but in a huge list. I created a new notebook

    Because sadly for a lot of the courses i have and want to do they dont work on the website. For example the NT Wright courses, either show as a white screen or just dont show at all

    Cheers for that Kevin! Turning on acceleration fixed it for me. Hopefully a fix is pushed soon, in the mean time its not a huge issue for me as i use my ipad and the logos app for note taking. i just like waching the vids of the course on my laptop as its got a much bigger screen. Thanks again bud!

  • Audio but no Video on courses

    I have a brand new laptop tht im running logos 9 on. all my courses have audio, but no video, all it shows is a white screen. I've updated all drivers, reinstalled logos and no good.

  • Web app unusable

    Trying to use the web app on my iPad Pro 11” 2020 and it’s completely unusable. trying to search takes a good 30 seconds for the word to type in the search box. Trying to read anything results in a jlaggy experience as the page stutters up and down. tried in Firefox, safari and edge, all the same Result. any ideas?

    Can’t use the mouse, that’s what I’m saying. None of the buttons work, at all. I’ve had this for months and had no response to emails or anything. I didn’t drop thousands of pounds for resources that don’t work. It’s very frustrating and annoying. If this were a normal shop I’d of taken it all back and demanded a refund by now

    Not sure why but the last post i added here hasnt shown up. On the video itself none of the buttons work at all. I can however use the spacebar to play/stop the video, but not to do anything else. The above is the course im currently doing, however i've tried 10 others and they're all the same, no controls working. I even downloaded the media thinking

    Nothing works. I open the video in logos (see the image) None of the buttons work, click on them nothing happens. I can use the space bar to pause/play the video, but i cant get anything else to work.

    Using a brand new 3rd gen iPad 12.9 Pro 5 resources open Rotating doesn’t do anything for me, I have to fully close the app down and reopen it. The lag is when selecting text, it sometimes works smoothly, and other times it doesn’t work at all.     I have been using the LEB for awhile now as my sole bible, and have taken a lot of notes. I've now added another couple of bible to expand on my studies, but cant seem to find anyway to copy my notes from the LEB into the new bibles.
