a typo like this doesn't do much for Logos' business case either.
I should clarify: I didn't mean a mistake of this nature is going to hurt Logos financially. I perfectly understand how typos of this nature occur. It was more a comment in jest that a quote from Jesus saying we don't need to know Scripture isn't ideal

Good spot! Eternal consequences aside, a typo like this doesn't do much for Logos' business case either.

  • Re: Using external storage

A couple more simple thoughts/suggestions: I think Perseus will take up about 1GB (give or take)* of storage based on comments I've seen from those who have downloaded it. If you want to avoid your logos library set-up becoming complicated by messing around with external storage, perhaps you should download Perseus as normal and look to see if there

  • Re: How many hours?

I can't seem to download those Perseus titles I ordered. I checked my account and it said "ships yesterday." I've used the "update now" command and the response is that my library is up to date. Is the likely reason I can't download it because of the phased roll-out? Thanks [EDIT: alabama24 answered my question at the same time I was typing this post

  • Re: Using external storage

If you go to: Tools > Program Settings > and then drag any library resources you don't plan on using to the "Hidden Resources" window - this will remove the relevant resources from local storage on your computer (and thus free up hard drive space.) This will stop these resources appearing in your library and any searches, etc. However, this doesn't

  • Re: Perseus Collection Overwhelms Library

Please forgive my ignorance, but is the Duke Databank of Documentary Papyri from the Perseus collection likely to add much to the study of the Bible. I'm wavering as to whether to download it given it's free, but don't really want to download something I'm not likely to use. All views will be appreciated!
I have ordered only those resources which I feel will add to my Bible study library. I have passed on the others.
Me too. As tempting as it is to have American Civil War documents on Logos, I have opted to keep my Library pure.

After several days of my iPad only showing brand new readings plans that I didn't want - and not the ESV reading plan in a year that I was part-way through - the correct reading plan suddenly appeared on my iPad last night. I'll be interested to see how long is stays there.

I downloaded Mere Christianity onto my kindle app for iPad about two weeks ago - I was reading it just last night. I bought it from the Kindle Store based in the UK, so that might make a difference. I've searched for books in the past that you could download from the US Kindle Store and not the UK one. Here's the link to it: Mere Christianity

  • Re: 7" or 10" tablet: pros and cons concerning size?

I think it all depends on what you plan on using it for. I've got an iPad and find it a very good size for using as an e-book reader, and for reading and typing emails, and surfing the net. I was on an aircraft recently and peeked at someone using a 7" tablet and did think it looked rather small. However, it's all down to preference, and perhaps you
