At the moment I can only address your PDF issue. Search to find a free PDF printer called "CUTEPDF Writer." Install it. When you are ready to print to PDF, simply click on the down-pointing triangle next to your printer in the Print/Export box, choose CUTEPDF Writer, and simply print what you need.
NOTE
the Revelation collection (immediately above) with 27 volumes has a suggested price of $160.00. .
In the Revelation set there are sub sets and some of those are worth well more then the bid of $160 - Some who know and would like the set bid early at the $160 level and scared every one else away. There are other

When one has several Bibles open and linked I have found that the one that I use to select the text [when going from verse to next verse to next verse] does not always move [text was on screen as in this study I am only stepping to the next verse]. Then when I select one of the other open Bibles I find that their display is on target. [had seven open

The link was in a forum post where someone was suggesting that some of those products get added to Logos - [Hi Russ - there are 'rules' but they get enforced lightly, haphazardly and, mostly, with love towards posters]
For some reason, Logos indexing requires me to open my case and put a large fan blowing on the CPU area of the MB, just to get it to index without shutting down the computer. This was discussed in another thread here. I may check out the utility that you mentioned, until I can figure out what is causing the overheating...
We released 4.2a SR-1 this late this morning to resolve the indexer crash some users were getting after installing 4.2a. If you haven't installed SR-1 yet, or entered the 'rebuild index' command to resolve the problem, I recommend entering the 'update now' command to install the fix.
If 4.2a from yesterday did
This exception is the same as the crash you reported
Was I the only one that did NOT have a problem? Note that I had always run MERGE INDEX so that I did NOT have a supplemental index when I did the 4.2a things yesterday.
Hmmm...Torture to torment or trial to prove? That is the question :-)
Trial to prove - gets my vote - My machine can take it - I went to sleep letting it take care of it self - the banner said that it would take 2 hours. And going by times on the index files that is what it took.

I have an I-3 Intel duo core duo thread – Have seen all four ‘cores’ in use with 1 or 2 over 95% and the others near 75% Last night I saw all four logical cores at 95 to 100% - Has indexing been re-tuned to turn it into a torture test for our PC’s? [And the fans were going crazy!]

At the point where the lessons list was being shown the viewer was requested to watch all in order the first time and then to watch the needed lesson as needed [not a direct quote] Implies each student will have their own copy [implies low cost] [Or that the series will be on the School network] [Did I see a section where we were told that the lessons

To those that said they liked The NET Bible: [for its notes] Was doing my study of Matthew when I got to Matt 24:34: the familiar “this generation will not pass away”. I noticed that some of the English Bible Versions that I was using had a footnote on ‘generation’ that stated that it might be ‘race’. WHAT!!!!! [NASB & NIV84 has it but NIV[11] does
