David has confused the Masoretic Text with the Jewish canon of the Scriptures.
OK, So where do I find an English translation of the " Jewish canon of the Scriptures" to upgrade my education. And so I can research how the differences appear in the English. [Have been lead to think that they were one and the same. Thanks
I was referring to how the Septuagint translators said Jesus would be born of a "virgin" , not just a "young woman" like it says in the MT.
Just a thought on the terms "virgin" and "young woman". If that "young woman" [and not married ] was not also a "virgin" she was in trouble and most likely would not have
There is a problem, at least to me, in using the words "missing text" or "additional text" in that it states that the other is Perfect. I prefer "No Corresponding Text" in the version with out the text. That does no make a judgement call on

Faithlife Assistant is a conversational AI bot that allows you to perform many tasks in Logos using natural language. Note: Faithlife Assistant requires an active internet connection, and is currently available with a Faithlife Connect subscription. From somewhere on the FL site but Google did not tell me where Google found this.
Thanks, Steve. You're welcome to use it and then take the survey. Some parts of the survey are still relevant even if you haven't used it. You can skip any questions that don't apply. Thanks!
Maybe you could give us a hint as to what it is / does so that we do not just answer the relevant parts?
