  • Re: Sans Serif Fonts

Seriously! At the very least give us a single sans serif option!

  • Re: How to change font?

Well, the point of the Bible is not to read it. So adding features to help with simply reading it are not important.

Thanks for the confirmation! Kind of crazy, though...

  • How to change font?

How do I change fonts? I really need a sans serif (like this exact one!) as I find the serif font used to get in the way or reading.

  • Re: NKJV Headings - lots of them!

Hey All, sorry for the screen capture confusion. I had trouble figuring out how to get the image posted. My first attempt failed, and by the time I was done editing my post to correct the problem, there were already replies! Lee, that's exactly why I noticed. It was strange seeing so much space used up by headings. I only just noticed this today but

Thru verse 20, these are the headings I am used to in NKJV: The Eternal Word John’s Witness: The True Light The Word Becomes Flesh A Voice in the Wilderness Compared to: The Deity of Christ The Preincarnate Work of Christ The Forerunner of Christ The Rejection of Christ The Acceptance of Christ The Incarnation of Christ John’s Witness to the Priests

  • NKJV Headings - lots of them!

Is it just me or does the New King James Version have a lot more heading than usual? It certainly has more heading than my other copies of NKJV. Anyone know anything about this? http://1drv.ms/1GHP7Fp

  • Re: Copy Bible Verse of selected transalation

Hello All, Thank you very much for your replies--very helpful. I am using Logos 4 (with all updates). Typically, I find a verse in a Bible, then use the keyboard shortcut to bring up the CBV window. As y'all mentioned, it always uses the last version that CBV was set to, versus the current version in the active window. Oh well--but good to know for

  • Re: Faithlife and NIV 1984

Yeah, how do we bug the publisher to make it available? It seems like a very redicuous thing to do...

  • Copy Bible Verse of selected transalation

How do I make CBV use the whichever translation is currently/last selected instead of always using my preferred Bible? Thanks!

  • Re: Switch from verse format to paragraph format

Wow, thank you all for the very thorough responses! I guess I just never really looked at the NASB95 till recently (just started with logos). Also, in my other Bible software, it is just a click of a setting to go from one-verse-per-line formatting to paragraph formatting. I must have thought I saw that in logos too. Thanks again!

  • Switch from verse format to paragraph format

Hello, how do I switch a Bible from displaying verse by verse to paragraph formatting? It seems my NASB95 recently switched to verse by verse layout (or it has always been like that and I am just crazy, but I prefer the latter). Thanks!

  • Re: Maximize Windows/Tiles???

[quote user="Stephen Thorp"] Thanks Aaron, but I don't quite think you have understood the second part of my response. Yes, Reading view as explained above maximises the current tab , but other tabs although hidden are available because they become visible when you hover over the top edge of your screen - as many tabs as you have opened become accessible

  • Re: Maximize Windows/Tiles???

[quote user="Stephen Thorp"] I'm sorry if I'm stating the obvious, but pressing F11 maximises whichever tab is currently being looked at, taking it into 'reading mode' (you press F11 again to minismise), since one can really only look at one traditionally maximised window at a time I'm not sure what the difference is. • Re: Maximize Windows/Tiles???

Yes, I agree!!! I use a netbook with a small screen and having more than 2 tiles at a time is just not usable. I wish the tiles could all be maximized like windows and then switch from "window" to "window." Full screen reading is not the same b/c it does not allow switching "windows" and it changes the formatting of the tile that is maximized and hides

  • Re: SUGGESTION: "Current Panel Background" Setting

I completely agree. More emphasis on the current window with focus! :)
