Have you tried simply using the sidebar in your Bible ?
Thanks so much for mentioning this! I never noticed that I could switch from "table of contents" to "notes and highlights" in a book tab. It's great! I thought I could only see my notes and highlights in the notes tool.

The one I use by far the most is the text comparison tool - I love having one click access to see a verse in all my Bible versions. I also use the search shortcut frequently (to find a highlight style I use for bookmarks).
theWord has a clipboard monitor which continually monitors your clipboard for Bible verses. Whenever you copy text with Bible verses in it, it looks them up for you and displays them over your cursor in your chosen translation. You can also add it to a verse list from there. The popup disappears when you move your mouse away
There is no undo or restore option. Just so I understand what you're saying, you still have the notes, but they are in a notebook and you are not sure which notebooks they are in? If that is the case you can click the note or notes and assign them to another notebook, or to no notebook if you prefer. To identify which notes your

I was testing to see if I could drag individual notes to the favourites panel when I suddenly I realized that the notes were disappearing. It seems that, although I let go the mouse over favourites, I had dragged the notes into another notebook. Because I was just testing the idea of dragging notes to favourites, I didn't pay any attention to which

Hi David, I'm not sure I understand what you are trying to do. Where would you be importing your notes from? Or are you saying that you want an organizational structure for notes that you've already made in Logos? Could you link to where you found someone organizing commentaries in a way that can be imported by others so that we can get an idea of what

I'm a real fan of tabs in Logos, and in 8 every tab in a linkset as a linkset indicator. I'd like to turn off that indicator since it just wastes precious space in my layout. I don't see an obvious setting to toggle. Thanks.
Thread => Colour coding tabs caused an idea: [quote

It can be done by adding an anchor to the highlight note. If you add the same verse as the anchor, but without the Bible version stated, it highlights that verse in every Bible. I'm not sure if this is going to change in the future though. I seem to remember reading that some people are finding all sorts of things being highlighted that they didn't

I would love to have a list of all my tags somewhere. Currently I keep a manual list so that I can try to avoid making different tags for more-or-less the same topic (e.g. "care" and "compassion").

Thanks, Dave.

I'm trying to decide whether to upgrade from "starter" to "bronze". It's a lot of money (for me) so I don't want to do it if I am just going to accumulate a lot of things I'll never use. When I look through the list of the datasets, I don't even understand what many of them do. And there's such a long list of them, how do you even remember that you
