The information you need can be found in https://wiki.logos.com/Personal_Books There are formatting limitations compared to Libronix PB's but it does support the more common Logos resource types (Bible, Bible Notes, Bible Commentary, Encyclopedia) and Logos resource metadata.
This is getting complicated but it is
That capability disappeared with the release of Logos 4 on Nov 3, 2009.
hmmm well you can't deny I said "in the past". wow it seems like it was yesterday. Am I really getting that old?
You don't. You can only share the Word .docx file.
JT but in the past I was able to create a .lbspbb file. That's the file I want to share.
The word document will suggest your preferences, but it will be dependent upon the users to have access (own licenses) to the correct font typefaces

Hi, I'm reading the information from this link: https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015926452-Personal-Books. But that seems to be only for simple text or notes. I'm working on a book that I had formatted in MS Word and I want to convert it to a Logos book, so I can share it with the Logos community. Thing is that I will like to transfer

Ok I understand but, is correct for me to say that the author is citing Plutarch's work Quamodo Adulator..., instead of Moralia?
-
Randall I lost the reference but forget about hardware requirements I read that Microsoft will allow you to install Windows 11 in your laptop, the only thing is that you won't be able to do it via the Windows update process. You have to download the media creation tool, and install it from a CD or USB. I have done that in the past with Windows 10 and

Sorry but I have to ask one more question. Look what happens when I paste the text copied from the book: "The physician Philotimus, on an occasion, when a man with an ulcerated liver showed him his finger with a whitlow on it, said, ‘My friend, you need not concern yourself about a sore finger." Plutarch. (1927). Moralia. (F. C. Babbitt, Ed.) (Vol.

Thank you, there we go... By the way I like the english style in the second resource better. This has all been very good and I feel better because my question, at the end, was related to Logos. Now I have to translate that portion for the book that I'm working with. Thanks

xnman I'm with you. What Graham says is exactly what I did but just using one of the words, this is what I got: And then only one resource was listed

Wow! Thank you very much. I found the resource in Logos but just because you point me in the right direction. I would had never find it by my own. Actually I have it listed twice. Please you have to tell me now how you did it. When you have the resource open is easy to do a "find" for any of the words... finger, liver, patient... within the book but

Hi, I'm working on a translation and I need help finding a reference about Plutarch mentioned by he author of the book that I'm working with. I don't know if it is talking about Plutarch the philosopher or a theater work maybe (please be kind to me): Many will confeſs leſſer fins, and yet conceal greater; like the Patient in Plutarch, that complained

Well it seems that there is hope. Read this https://zd.net/2URkDEL

Randall I forgot to mention that is not even the local account, Microsoft won't allow you to install Windows 11 without an internet connection.

PJ please read my post, is the penultimate message in page #2 of this thread. There I explain that even if you don't have a computer with TPM you can install Windows 11 by replacing the appraiserrs.ddl file. I did it and it works. As I said I was able to install Logos with Windows 11 on a computer deemed incompatible by the Microsoft check tool and

I was going to post a new message for this same topic. I was able to test Logos on a testing laptop (Thinpak X1 Yoga), running Windows 11 and I can tell you that it runs fine, no problems at all. Now, I don't have one of those super expensive Logos libraries, I just have the Logos 8 full feature set bilingual (all the datasets and databases in english
