  • Re: overview of service or liturgy

We do not have a way to automatically get the song titles and Bible verses onto a slide however it should be easy to create one yourself. Create a Content Service Item and add the text you want (with your choice of backgrounds). If you would like just this slide displayed on a monitor while displaying the normal service then you can install Proclaim

  • Re: Active window

When another application becomes active it gets keyboard focus - all keystrokes will now go to that application. When another application window pops up and you close it it usually will not restore focus to Proclaim (it will now be focused to the desktop or somewhere else). You need to click somewhere within Proclaim for it to get focus again. If you

  • Re: How long are unpublished sermon recordings kept?

Sermon recordings should not be deleted (unless you right-click on them and select delete). The sermon recordings are associated with the presentations themselves - is there a chance the other recordings were made with a different presentation? If you duplicate a presentation the recordings are not associated with the new presentation. What presentation

In Proclaim when you go on-air and navigate to this Service Item the slide (your image) will show up on the main monitor. Simultaneously the signal will be broadcast. Any apps that are listening for signals (ie the Faithlife Study Bible mobile app). It depends on the signal type on how the mobile application will react (ie Bible Reference will take

  • Re: Adding a signal to an image slide

Signals are added to the Service Items. Add the image you uploaded as either a foreground or background to a service item (ie a Content Service Item). Under the Signals tab you should be able to add the signals you want. http://support.proclaimonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/202633169-How-do-I-add-edit-Proclaim-Signals- The same thing applies to an Image

  • Re: This Slide Could Not Be Displayed

Hi Justin, In the thread you mentioned I replied to Kyle who saw something similar. The fix to SoundFaith has been shipped so your sermon should play now. Regarding the missing images - does the scenario I outlined seem like that is what happened in your case? Feel free to reply in the other thread.

  • Re: Problems with Proclaim Recordings

Hi Kyle, Regarding not being able to play your sermon recording we found an issue where, if the first slide fails to display, we wouldn't allow the sermon to be played. We should ship a fix for this today. Regarding the missing slide images themselves - we know of an issue where, if you create a new Service Item and present it while recording, those

Reinaldo - Are you running the latest version of Proclaim (1.31.0.0863)? Graceway is having some issues with their authentication service (initial login only). The latest version of Proclaim has a temporary workaround for that issue. http://support.proclaimonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/204168909-What-version-of-Proclaim-am-I-running-

  • Re: Remote / Presentation Connections Lost

I have been working on the local wifi remote. However, Android semi-recently deprecated an API we use (or more accurately is used in a framework we use) that causes a fairly bad memory leak. This crashes or renders the existing remote unusable after a period of time (the period depends on your usage). We feel fixing this is a higher priority because

  • Re: Audio bug

Proclaim will write a log even if it doesn't crash. Sometimes there can be something useful in there that will point us in the right direction. Here is an article describing how to post them: http://support.proclaimonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/203763785-How-do-I-submit-log-files-

  • Re: Linux operating system

I don't know of a workaround - someone else in the forums may chime in though. One thing to note is that Proclaim benefits greatly from dedicated video memory and hardware acceleration. Many emulators (and other applications that allow you to remote into another machine) do not enable hardware acceleration - which may be why you are seeing some of the

  • Re: Request a new feature:

You should be able to drag/drop verses. I testing this on Windows with the latest build and it worked for me. Let me know if can't get it to work (and if you are using Windows or Mac). We didn't enable dragging from the text box region because the click action is already defined to set focus (but perhaps we could look at this again).

  • Re: Cache

Before starting to delete portions of Proclaim cache directly (which can lead to errors if it isn't done right) have you tried cleaning up temporary Windows files? Either of these applications will allow you to delete temporary files (and other unneeded files). I'd try both of them - they seem to find different things. Let each operation run to completion

  • Re: Machine specs for running Proclaim at church

Be sure the setup supports hardware acceleration. Many emulators, simulators, or remote desktop applications do not support hardware acceleration. This can greatly impact Proclaim performance particularly with regards to videos and animations. Do not expect good performance on any setup not supporting hardware acceleration.
