We are considering making a small change to the layout of Proclaim when you are in On-Air and switch into Edit view. We're hoping this simplifies things both for us and for users. Let us know your thoughts. Currently we split the main layout area with the normal Edit view and the Preview view (see the pictures below). We would like to remove the Preview

One additional note just in case - be sure to reboot your machine prior to uninstall and, just to be totally safe, after uninstall. If the Windows installer detects locked files it can skip install or uninstall and give you really strange errors.

>> This system made a UAC prompt going from 1.31.0.0825 to 1.31.0.0826 last week, and I accepted: On this machine the setup log indicates the UAC prompt was canceled. I'll look into our code to see if we can misreport accept/cancel. 2015-11-15T13:40:45Z 0xD84 Info Run Processing line 158: requires-elevation|title=Proclaim Setup|message-id-title=221

Hi Do you have more than one monitor? Proclaim will display different things on each monitor if you have more than one monitor. http://support.proclaimonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/203326639-How-do-I-configure-my-display-outputs- The "slides" display is the main display you would present. That screen will only show the current slide and be full screen

I may be reading too much into this, but it sounds like you have an existing process for sharing recordings and you are looking to integrate Proclaim sermon recordings into this. The wav file is the original audio file (without the applied trims, soundbite, or slide transitions). The thought is you would use the wav file with your current audio processing

Hi Peter, Just an update; we have been able to reproduce the issue here and are looking into it. Thanks for your patience.
-
He Peter, Are you publishing under this group: "Urbana Friends Church"? I don't see any sermons published here yet ( https://soundfaith.com/profile/957742 ).

Proclaim supports simple edits (trimming from the beginning and end of the audio) and adding a title etc... We plan on supporting trimming sections from the center as well a couple other things. What sort of edits do you do on the audio now? We do not support "downloading", editing, and re-importing inside of Proclaim. The slide transitions are time

You can save the audio (not the slides) using the "Download" button on the Sermon Recording screen.

Are you adding the PowerPoint as images? If so a workaround it so open PowerPoint and export the images using PowerPoint then import them into Proclaim. Here are instructions: http://support.proclaimonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/206296245-Why-doesn-t-my-PowerPoint-presentation-import-properly-

It looks like Proclaim is trying to free some space in the Slide Cache. If you delete the file below Proclaim will recreated it the next time it is run. Close Proclaim Delete the following file /Users/administrador/Library/Application Support/Proclaim/Data/0tf5fhpe.lef/SlideCacheManager/SlideCacheManager.db Restart Proclaim You will notice the slides

Hi Eric, Having old presentations around shouldn't affect general Proclaim performance. The one exceptions is if you uninstall and re-install Proclaim (or install on a new machine) you will notice a slightly longer initial sync time as it gets your presentation data. This only happens the first time you run Proclaim after a new install. Additionally

Asking if they really meant to add the entire chapter seems like a good idea. For now we will bump the max verse limit to 100 which should work around the issue you were experiencing. This should ship in the next version of Proclaim. Thanks for pointing this out and let us know if this doesn't work for you.

Hi Reynold, Some items do not always export with 100% fidelity from PowerPoint. We have found that usually everything works but there have been some cases where it doesn't. One option is to export them from PowerPoint yourself using PowerPoint then import them in as images. http://support.proclaimonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/206296245-Why-doesn-t-my

What version of Proclaim and Windows are you running? In Proclaim 1.30.0.714 these icons should be unified unless you created the icon on your taskbar by pinning it yourself or dragging the Proclaim shortcut for an earlier version of Proclaim to the taskbar. However, the Proclaim installer should create a shortcut on your desktop when it is installed

Thanks for checking this out for us and sorry for the inconvenience. Glad to hear it is working. Let us know if you have any other issues.

Great! The one on the taskbar works also right? What version of Windows are you running? We will investigate the issue you describe more here. Also, just to be sure, what is the target of the new link you got off the taskbar. It should be: C:\Users\Pastor Jesse \AppData\Local\Proclaim\System\Proclaim.exe not C:\Users\Pastor Jesse \AppData\Local\Proclaim
