The Mobile apps are bundled with special resource licenses, so new customers who download the app can get started using the app without having to purchase anything. Those resources can be freely viewed in the app, but to use them anywhere else (such as on the desktop), you’d have to buy the resource. The ESV is available for the desktop, but that app

I’ve added a suggestion for FL to add a link to the blue sale box to help us easily see which other resources are included in a particular sale. https://feedback.faithlife.com/boards/logos-com-website/posts/please-add-a-link-to-the-blue-sales-box
-
https://community.logos.com/forums/t/198314.aspx 1. Stores have a Sale drop down, but some sales are not included (which might make those opportunities missable for customers who haven’t heard about them). 2. PDPs have a prominent blue box mentioning the sale, but that text is not linked to the landing page. It would be very convenient to easily see
Between Factbook & Fictionbook should have links to open/purchase any eBook offered by Faithlife.
It took a long time for the Logos store to return results for a book regardless of which online store sold it. That was a very helpful improvement (as it might not have been apparent that certain books were
I don't know how FL works, but I believe it is not the same. All the monies and such that I spend on FL can be gone in a flash if I somehow loose my connection to FL...
It is the same as WS. For FL, the program is downloaded on your computer, and your books are downloaded on your computer (by default). You could still use

I haven’t noticed that, although I do have mine set to Click rather than Hover, and have closed Information tool sections I am not interested in seeing. Does that make a difference for you?
-
What about the Information tool? Does the pop up information you need also show up there?

Thanks for the response, Jeff! Mobile is a great platform for multiple choice quizzes like this, and often the only choice on the go. Hoping at least this interactive could end up being supported at some point down the road. Thanks again.

Any confirmation that this thread has been seen by FL, and a case opened, please?

Yes, the forum software is old, and has issues. You could try posting a suggestion at https://feedback.faithlife.com/
Not only the Search in the Forum is full buggy
Do you mean fully broken? (It used to return an error, but that was fixed a month or so ago.) Either way, many users prefer to use Google, and add site:community
IS it due to be converted?
Yes, it should be converted from an ebook edition to a Logos edition. No one outside of FL knows when that will happen. I know they prioritized some resources to be finished sooner rather than later, but I don’t know the specific criteria they used. Will its Logos type be a Calendar devotional
I am grateful for what Logos has done so far with many resources, yet it is also apparent that some resources receive such cursory attention as to be almost insulting.
Sorry for the issues. FL decided on a 2-part process to get WS titles into Logos as quickly as possible, rather than making customers wait for the finished

Ok, thanks for the explanation!

It was helpful to learn that your team handles digital conversion issues for Lexham resources, thanks. I assumed that Kyle handled everything, not just FL. Would these (or Attn Doug) threads be easier for you to spot in the Lexham Press forum?
-
Sir, it is clear that you’re bothered by the response you received, but is it helpful to suggest someone might not be saved? While some of us are not saved, it truly is not pleasant or encouraging to see how one can treat another. May we please turn our focus to issues regarding the software or its resources, which is the purpose of these forums.

Since no one from Faithlife/Lexham has responded here, it might help to make an “Attn Kyle:” thread, pointing him to this thread.
I am naturally to-the-point. To be otherwise, I have to work on it - it just ain't natural to beat around the bush.
I admire that. I tend to be vague, as well as verbose. I’m definitely not comfortable with (confrontations or) being direct.
I think of my EQ. Its not naturally high. I have worked hard

The 15% off launch discount ends February 1st. I'd guess the free version would become available the next day, but only FL knows.

The print edition uses plenty of white space within the parentheses to avoid any overlap. Hopefully this can be fixed in the Logos edition to make it more readable.
