Dave, After being away from CD for a while, I was surprised to learn of her demise. She had great potentials for bringing enlightenment to so many (pro/con). If CD is sick, get her a doctor. Let's do all we can to save her. If CD is spiritually weak and petty, let's call a Holy Convocation and pray for a revival and reformation for greater Christian

Does anyone know if H. L. Strack and P. Billerbeck, Kommentar zum Neue Testament aus Talmud und Midrash (1922-1961), work has ever been translated from the German to English or another language? If so, please direct me to it? Is it or will it be a part of Logos Software? CM

Mark, On the other hand, how secure is the Logos severs from terror attacks, lightening, power outage, etc.? Are the current severs adequate? Are there any plans in the future to expand or upgrade them? I don't mean to alarm or upset anyone, but "inquiry minds want to know." What is the growth rate of new customers or books on the system? If one says

[quote user="George Somsel"]What value would those books have for Logos? I don't see this idea as doing anything to promote Logos' mission to supply electronic tagged books for the market. • Book Swap

Wouldn't it be nice if Faithlife via Logos users establish book swaps? I have the Anchor Bible Dictionary (6 vols) hard copy . They are in very good condition. I would be willing to exchange it for the Logos Digital set. Users would love this service if adopted. Faith Life would be able to collect thousands of hard copies in short order. They can use

[quote user="Matt Hamrick"]The two Greek words behind the English translation are completely different for glory and boast. Double clicking a word in an English translation should at least default to the headword which in this case is Glory. To me, no matter what translation I use when I double click a word it should be handled the same in all translations

I saw a number of people refuse to ask for help because of the tone of the forums. I saw helpful, knowledgeable people leave the forums because they considered it inappropriate
