I have Logos Now so it is 9.1.0.0018 at the moment. When I turn it off in an individual sermon, it stays off if I reopen it. But when I start new one, the default is set to Auto-publish.
-
How do you turn off default sermon publishing in the sermon editor? It appears to be on "Publish" everytime I open a sermon builder.

There's not really a screenshot that would help, I don't think, though if you have an idea I will post one. I have used Logos a long time and it has never done this until the Logos 9 update. Here's the sequence: I am in a Word document taking notes. I hit cntl+alt+B and the CBV dialog box opens. I type in the reference and hit "Copy and Paste." A new

After the upgrade to Logos 9, CBV now copies into a new word document rather than in the current one (as it used to with Logos 8). Is this a setting that reverted or is this a bug in Logos 9?

In the bookmark section, I accidentally hit CNTRL+SHIFT+6 instead of 7. Is there a way to restore 6 to what it previously was?

Trying to get Smart Tags to work again in MS Word. I have Logos 8 and M365 Business. I have done the steps in the Wiki (they previously worked). I ran Powershell execution policy and the RegisterSmartTags download. Both say that it succeeded. But in Word there is no option under Com add-ins (or anything else) to activate this tag. Anyone been able to

Thanks. I am trying to avoid the extra steps. I have the sermon editor but I don't use it since I don't use PP. I am trying to help a friend who only has the basic version to get the verses into PP in the easiest way possible. It might just cntrl-C + cntrl-V but then you have to switch windows.
-
I know you can send a picture to PP/KN by right clicking and choosing Send to. How do you do that with text? I don't want to go through media and turn it into an image. I know you can copy it and paste it by switching windows. But I want to highlight a verse and send it to PP directly without switching windows when I am working on a single screen. Thanks

MJ Smith, That didn't work. I did it twice.

Nothing happens at all. It just stays at p. 134. That's why I tried it with other books. I thought it was the whole favorites function. Strange ...
-
Sometime back I started reading Biblical Theology in the Life of the Church and had it saved with a Favorite (Cntrl Shift 3). It worked fine up through page 134. This resource will no longer set a new mark (either in 3 or another number). All other resources seem to work fine. Any one else experience this? Any solution?

Excellent. Thanks so much.

Thanks for the help. Here's an odd thing. I recreated the search above and got the same results but it took 160 seconds. I have a SSD on an i5 Windows 10 with 16 GB of RAM. I did a "NOT INTERSECTS" search of the same thing and it took 30 seconds. I did a Bible search for "God" and took 1.27 seconds but the analysis took 284 seconds. Any idea why this

I have Logos Now. I am not sure how to find out the last package I bought. I think I had Logos 5 Silver. I had something Logos 7 but I don't know what. How would I find out?
-
Thanks. What exactly does "INTERSECTS" do? The Wiki says it identifies parts of a text or item that overlaps or intersects another one. Is there a more full definition? In a search like this, does it show where a word is translated as a particular word? What would it do in other cases? I have Logos Now which is Logos 8 I believe. In some places, the

I am trying to do a search to find every place in the NASB (or anything really) where the Hebrew elohim is used for God (vs. gods, angels, etc). I have found instructions (for an old version of Logos) on how to do a subject search with a verb-lemma, but not with a noun. And I can't seem to figure it out. Logos 8 apparently no longer has a clause search
How about: Right Click Add Bookmark (within the book resource or any resource).
Any plans for something like this? With 9 bookmarks, I don't always remember which one I am reading. So I have to go look at which one to save it to, then go back and save it. It would be much easier and more intuitive to simply bookmark from

That's a major deficiency in Logos 8 that I hope will be quickly corrected. As it now stands, where do I have to go to get that?

Here is a screenshot of it:
