Open documents.logos.com and login using your account info. Then click the down arrow next to your name near the top of the window. Then select your presentation directory in the drop down list provided; for me it's "The Well Church Presentation". You should be presented with the complete list of presentations you have created.

I submitted a screen video showing my issue, along with Proclaim log files to the support email address.

I've reported something similar to this in the past. I reuse and edit presentations from week-to-week. After duplicating and renaming I edit the slide contents including five music slides; we always sing five songs in a row, but the song selections change each week. After clicking on the song title in the Service Items list (in the left pane), I single

Just an FYI. I haven't had any issues while using the remote with the local WIFI option enabled. However, I have never had much success when trying to use the remote with the local WIFI option disabled. I did encounter difficulties when I first started using the local WIFI several years ago, but not since re-designing the WIFI in our facility. Based

Have you checked the available training resources? Here is one for transcribing from within Faithlife Sermons. There is another that covers transcribing from the Proclaim sermon publishing window. https://support.faithlife.com/hc/en-us/search/click?data=BAh7CjoHaWRsKwgMkd7SUwA6CXR5cGVJIgxhcnRpY2xlBjoGRVQ6CHVybEkiUC9oYy9lbi11cy9hcnRpY2xlcy8zNjAwMjAwODcwNTItU2VybW9uLVRyYW5zY3JpcHRpb24td2l0aC1GYWl0aGxpZmUtU2VybW9ucwY7B1Q6DnNlYXJjaF9pZEkiKWViMTIxOTE1LTU0NDctNGQ3OC1hZDc0LThkMDkxMGE4MDhmYQY7B0Y6CXJhbmtpCA

Have you tried using the backup/restore function to share songs with different presentation teams? Create and backup a presentation containing any songs you want to share. Then switch presentation teams and restore that same presentation. You should find your songs available in the reuse items list under "My Songs".

I don't allow an iOS device to sleep while controlling. That would be just like intentionally terminating the control session. Unless specifically designed, iOS apps are typically suspended when the screen sleeps, which will interrupt network updates to the app. This is done to extend battery life. Once the iOS device is awakened, any app running will

I think you must be missing something. Here is a link to the Proclaim training site. It contains a multitude of helpful training articles. You can also access this from the Help Menu at the top of the screen. It's really not difficult at all. https://support.faithlife.com/hc/en-us/categories/360000510451

The record function has some basic editing capabilities; start & stop trimming, and delete selections from the middle. However, to adjust levels you will need a third party app like Audacity. Here is a training video from the Proclaim team that might help. https://support.proclaimonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/205828426-Getting-Started-Recording-Sermon

Could this be an aspect ratio issue? If I try to send my 16:9 slides to a narrow 4:3 screen the edges are cut off.

You might verify that your CCLI account is still active, and the password correct, by logging into CCLI from a web browser. This will eliminate CCLI account issues as a part of the problem.
-
P.S. It could also be caused by a corrupted .dmg file.

Apparently you're not the first. I found this on a Mac user forum. Hope it helps.

I dumped Windoze for Linux/Mac a long time ago, but believe Windows will still allow you to run programs as an admin by modifying the properties of the program icon. Position your cursor over the icon you use to start Proclaim, then right click. There should be a "Run As Admin" option that should do what you want. Hope this helps.

Good morning Jordan. You will need an internet connection when creating your presentation, but not when when showing it on-air. There are several ways around it, but some of the nice features will not work. This training video might help. click?data=BAh7CjoHaWRpBLEYGgw6CXR5cGVJIgxhcnRpY2xlBjoGRVQ6CHVybEkiVC9oYy9lbi11cy9hcnRpY2xlcy8yMDMwMzY4NDktQ2FuLUktdXNlLVByb2NsYWltLXdpdGhvdXQtYW4tSW50ZXJuZXQtY29ubmVjdGlvbi0GOwdUOg5zZWFyY2hfaWRJIilkMTBkNTI1OS1mODliLTQyNDktYWM3ZS0zZmQ0N2VjNzBkMmIGOwdGOglyYW5raQY

I always turn WIFI off on our Mac Laptop when a wired connection is available. The wired LAN is completely stable, while WIFI is subject to adverse outside influences.

So ... In a way we were all unsuspecting pawns in a very successful DDOS attack!

There could be a number of issues at play. First, I would check for excessive WIFI density in your area. That is, how many other people near you are using the same WIFI channel as you. Overcrowding can cause problems, and the Proclaim app is not very resilient when it comes to network interruptions. I had to download a WIFI analyzer app so I could tune

Pastor Michael Huffman - I think this training video will help. I do what you are describing every week and it works like a charm. But I do not number the lines by myself. The ++ MUST be the first thing typed on each bullet point. Then select them all and format them as you wish; either with numbered lines, or simple un-numbered bullets. hope this helps

I am also with a small church and decided to bypass the Graceway offerings due to the cost. I do subscribe to Proclaim's Pro Media, but have always had mixed feelings about it. I have even allowed it to expire once. We have one service per week, and it just doesn't make sense to spend so much to "rent" graphics for an hour each week. It would seem that
