Good suggestion, hope Logos takes note.
-
Thanks Dave, I will try what you advise.
-
On reinstalling Logos 8 yesterday it only loaded about 500 books out of my library. I currently have 4348 books. Anybody any idea why this should be? I didn't cut short the process in any way.
-
Dear Graham, I seem to have solved the issue. I went back to the old style of notes and deleted the note that was coming up all the time. On switching back to new style the field was clear. I followed the "set prefer notes to yes/no" as the support article recommended.

Dear Graham, I switched back to the old system a couple of weeks ago, and after a short time reverted back to the new system. Thinking about it, I don't think I had this problem prior to that. How could I correct that?
-
I am running Logos 8.2 and Windows 10. Thanks.
-
Dear Fredc I have circled the problem on screenshot. I cannot clear the scripture refs, so I can't create a new note from the context menu. Thanks for your help.
-
Could anyone help me on how to clear the scripture on the "add a note" feature in the context menu (right click). I seem to be stuck with Mark 1:1-8 no matter what note I am in. Thanks Tony
-
Thanks Kenneth, that's helpful but not as accessible as Logos 7.
-
In Logos 7 we could quickly see in an icon on the Home Page what were the latest additions, books etc being added to the programme. This seems no longer to be the case. Am I missing something?
-
Done!
-
Thanks, looks great!
-
Just bought it and really looking forward to reading it. Thanks for pointing it out.
-
Looks very interesting. Just bid.
-
Dear Colin, Just put in my bid, I really hope others do likewise.
-
Thanks Bill, I have appreciated Fairbairn for many years now.

Merry Christmas from the Wirral UK.

Dear Francis Thanks it looks really good. Tony Keating

Thanks, that's really good.

I also have a Surface Pro 3 with a 256gb ssd. It also has an i7 processor. I have found it to be an excellent buy as it works really well as a pad, laptop and desktop replacement. I link it to two other screens and it is great. Tony
