  • Re: Suggested Books for Logos 9 Base Package

I don't think we should be sensitive about The Clear Word . It is better than The Message or The Living Bible . They are all pocket commentaries. But they are formatted like Bibles and it makes it easier to compare with an actual translation. So, however these others are compiled by Logos software is the best way for The Clear Word to be compiled.

I have a lot of documents I have placed in "Personal Books" I also wish there was a way to search for the book in the Personal Books panel to quickly jump to a book to edit it.

I wish it did, but I don't have many subsections. Generally, each policy is its own section that is in table of contents. This makes it easy to jump to a section. But there are a lot of sections. What is needed is a way to indicate a private, non-copyrighted document that can be modified and export easily and quickly.

No, because it has all the Logos codes for indexing, etc scattered throughout. For example: [[@Headword:MyToc]]

  • Exporting Personal Books Unnecessary Hassle

Our institutional board meets monthly. I am responsible for keeping our institutional policies up-to-date. I do this on Logos as a "Personal Book." It makes it fast and easy to find any policy during board meetings. Generally, we update some policy during our meeting. So, each month, prior to the board meeting, I send a complete copy of the up-dated

I like your list. It is a significant improvement over what is currently available.

If it is a custom Passage Guide, how can I make it standard? [quote user="Fred Chapman"]the crash is being caused by a section (perhaps Collections) searching something that is corrupted

Interesting. The site tells me that the value of the new books in my library is $1,574.28 if purchased separately, however, if I get the bundled version it would only cost $7,241.71. What a deal!

Very helpful. Thank you. And I discovered that it works accurately with the "English Lexical Value," but not with the "English Literal Translation." I love it. Great help for studying Greek.

  • Reader's Interlinear Very Helpful but Bugs

    1. I find Reader's Interlinear wonderful as I learn Greek. However, it does not work for some words. For example, τις is not removed, even when listed in the word list. δἰα is also not removed. I wonder if there is anything I am doing wrong. I have entered each vocabulary list--chapter by chapter in Mounce. I have entered

Thank you! I was looking in the wrong place. I have it. Disappointment has turned to joy. Can someone change the heading of this forum entry to "Happiness is discovering I still have purchased functions" and just learned how to use them!

  • Disappointing to Lose Purchased Functions

I had Logos Now (still have a couple years more years of whatever they call it at present because of prepaying) but have lost the Reader's Edition Interlinear. Now that I am taking Greek, that is frustrating. Fortunately, I have the same function on my Accordance. I use it continuously in my Bible reading. I wonder if this will be available on Logos

  • Re: Problem with SDA resource

It's not just Patriarchs and Prophets. When it first came out I contacted the White Estate. I have reported it in typo, etc. Nothing has ever changed. It has nothing to do with the original documents. It has to do with some sloppy conversion that does not seem will ever change. Years and years ago I purchased Logos for the SDA commentary and then was
