Is there a way to mass delete all of the saved passage guides? Is there a way to prevent the system from saving passage guides? The way I use LOGOS I never want to save these things. Each time I come to a passage or word I want my research to be fresh, not some rehash of what I did years or months ago. Each time you do a word or passage study you are
Thanks for pointing this out, we'll get it fixed for the next release.
Thanks!!

I unloaded some documents to a group from Colorado (Mountain time) and my computer is set to mountain time, but the time stamp in Faithlife.com show west coast time.

I think that the Knox DMin model is the way to go. It is the model I have been pushing at Alaska Bible Seminary for two years now. Basically the student has all the library he really needs and will use in his computer and it is backed up on the web so he can not loose it including any all the notes and marking he has made in his books. (Making notes
I would be interested in seeing your bibliography with your tags as I am one of those people that has to tag 4300 books :(
Craig, Welcome to the forums! Go to my web site listed in the signature line, click on Contact Us and use it to send me an email. We can dialog that way. Frank

Thanks guys! I think my system with do both job. Tags automatically build collection and by puttin the desired display sequence number in the tag I get the tags to display in a useable order. Again I do not plan at this point to tag regular versified commentaries with these tags since the commentary section of the passage guide will find this for me

Bump How do some of the rest of you tag these kind of resources. Surely I am not the only one trying to build a comprehensive tagging system.
-
A while back I built and shared on the forums a controlled vocabulary for using Mytags in the Logos library. Here it is 7077.A Controlled Vocabulary for Logos Book Tags.doc . One day I will make some changes to it but they will be rather minor. I hoped to avoid tagging Logos resources by book of the Bible. However I now have so many resources that discuss
what about those of us who only want 1 devotion on the home page?
How about using the favorites tool and set your devotional as a bookmark. That way you can access it easily. At least on my set-up I have to click the more button on each devotional to see the whole thing. So this is really no more work. You could also
I have lots of notes in Word related to specific verses in the Bible
Sound to me like a perfect candidate for a personal book. Maybe put in the tags needed to make is scroll with you a a Bible commentary.
I've reported this as a typo.
Yes, it is a typo in the link to the Mark reference. It should have been EBCABRIDGEDNT not just EBCABRIDGED. If you simply key Mk 1:40 in the reference window you will go to the article for that verse and hence the information on leprosy. You probably have some Bible Dictionaries or Encyclopedias

Azareel, To use this resource well you need to know Greek and be familiar with ancient Greek literature. If you have one of the reverse interlinears Bibles you can right click on a word in it, select lemma, and run a Bible Word Study on it. The LSJ will show in Lemma section of that report. Clicking on it will open it to the article in the LSJ that

Here is a Logos resource you might find useful. An Exposition on Prayer in the Bible (5 vols.) by Dr. James Rosscup: learn about more than 1,000 references to prayer in 61 of the Bible's 66 books. This five-volume collection on prayer compiles 50 years worth of Dr. Rosscup's teachings on prayer. You could easily build a passage list containing all 1000

Problem resolved. I restarted Windows. Should have done that sooner. What i wild is that was the only symptom of needing a restart.

My problem was that the Faithlife resources had not for some strange reason downloaded even though I had restarted Logos several times. I did an "Update Resources" command the resources arrived, indexed and now I can find them. Customer services told me that these resources have to go through the indexing process before they are visible. I thought that

I can get to it on Biblia.com, and my iOS has not arrived yet. However I cannot seem to find it on my laptop.
using a set of passage lists created from your search and then adjusted for those verses you want to keep
If you have a list of those passage you do NOT want, then you could use the "merge" operation to remove them from other lists.
