Never mind, I can still expect this in my life time. New date of 6-1-11 is posted. This is fun.

It nows says "Ships ~Q2-3111." Does mean we should expect a shipping sometime in the second quarter of 3111? If so, I will have to transfer my account over to my great-great-great-great-grandson.

I never understand why people get so frustrated when an item is pushed back? Now, I understand that we have all been waiting for the Talmud for sometime, but the repeated delays are not the end of the world. I am sure we have enough in our Logos and print libraries to keep us occupied for many months, if not years. I for one am grateful that at least

  • Re: What on earth is ‘Vyrso’ in the iTunes App Store?

I wonder if this will program will be an outlet for publishers who want to have their books in ebook format (ala kindle) but not have it be required to be fully searchable and tagged (ala Logos). That is just a thought. Cliff

  • Re: Sentence Diagramming expected date

Are you sure BW has automatic diagramming? BW does have a automated diagramming tool that has a outline for every passage in the NT. But it is done by one man, so one is bound to disagree with certain grammatical and syntactical conclusions. It is a useful tool, but the best way to do diagramming is to do it for oneself. I have used it BW diagramming

  • A Noticeable Improvement

I have been meaning to mention this for a few days now, but I have noticed a significant amount of improvement in the overal speed and processing in Logos4. I have not performed any upgrades to my hardware on my 2009 MBP, so I am convinced that the improvement comes from Logos' end and their hard working programmers. To you all, I say thank you for

Not German, but learning German. I have Grasser's 3 vol work on Hebrews on myself and intend to dig in to it when my German is at the level to do so. EKK would be a GREAT addition to Logos for sure. For that matter, so would Spicq's 2 Vol work on Hebrews, which is in French.

Although the articles in the Theological Lexicon are small, they pack a great punch when paired with BDAG, TDNT, and others. Spicq's work is very useful, and if I am not mistaken he includes some entries which are not to be found found in the TDNT. I have and use Spicq often. I often find his entries to be very useful in my studies. May I ask what you

  • Re: Is there some one who knows about a resource, which deals about conjunctions in the Bible?

I would recommend reading through Steve Runge's " Discourse Grammar of the Greek New Testament: A Practical Introduction for Teaching and Exegesis ." He has a chapter in there that deal specifically with the use of conjunctions and their discourse features. I cannot recommend it higher! It is an excellent work. There are works that deal with conjunctions

  • Missing Resources: Continental Commentaries

It seems that the Continental Commentaries have disappeared from my library. They were there at last check, but now they have gone the way of the dodo. What gives? EDIT: They are a part of the complete Hermeneia Series.

Logos 4 for Mac crashed when I was trying to look up Ἐπειδήπερ in Liddell-Scott. I had to force quit a number of times. I right clicked on the word in NA27, selected A Greek-English Lexicon from the menu and presto, nothing but endless spinning wheel. 81304.Archive.zip 0 0 1 1 9 Biola University 1 1 9 14.0 Normal 0 false false false EN-US JA X-NONE
