• Re: Logos 7 Not opening

I had the same issue, but I was able to find a work-around. I removed the Logos4 folder and then reopened and was able to login, then I had to re-download the resources and resync. But at least it worked. I cannot say I would recommend this method if you have a lot of unsaved/synced local documents as I assume you would lose all local work.

  • Re: Hey, can we get some more bids in on the Mormon studies collection?

I too bid on this back in 2012, hoping to get them in Logos. I would really love to see this gain some more traction. Sad that it is still so low interest. It would be great to gain access to these resources as a way to study the early teachings of the LDS church in both a historical and apologetic manner. Many western states in the US have a sizable

I know it has been a while since posted, but I have been using this wonderful tool to create a personal commentary. I got to the book of Psalms and noticed that it only has 1 chapter. That is to say the chapter number never increments and it is 1 for the entire book. I couldn't figure out an easy way to fix this myself.

How cool is this, where else but Logos could you get such a marvelous resource without any risk that a penny will go to the LDS. This is really exiting.
I know!! • Re: On Air stalled

If your first slides are in the "Pre-Service Loop" you cannot merely press the forward arrow key to get out of them, they will just loop back around to the beginning. Instead, to advance past that loop, you have to use the mouse and click on the next slide following the "Pre-Service Loop." I hope this helps. Jeff.

I think you may be able to find a little bit of help here: http://www.proclaimonline.com/support/ http://www.proclaimonline.com/support/simple_presentation_for_mac_and_pc.aspx I know they are going to continue to work on adding more support files as they are created.
I would go so far as to say that the greatest overall weakness of Proclaim at this point is its general sluggishness, and it seems that the sluggishness is primarily due to refreshing and syncing content. (The other main culprit seems to be memory leaks, particularly on the Mac platform.)
Chris, I agree with this

It appears you are using a Mac, and if it's anything like the issues I've been having, it will hopefully be fixed sometime today in a bug release. See this thread: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/43003.aspx

  • BUG: Serious Render/Memory Issues for MAC

I think this issue may or may not be related to this one: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/43003.aspx But essentially after making just a few changes to the Lyrics, these song slides fail to render, and Proclaim eats up 1.24 GB of ram while not rendering. I have been having this exact same issue using the latest stable release this morning trying to upload .mov files. The file got really bad near the end, with audio sync issues and a lot of "artifacts." Additionally, it seems the audio has been compressed too much leaving it sounding a little muffled and almost distorted. Is this a known issue? Is there
