Any reason why NSBT Upgrade (3 vols.) only downloaded 2 volumes instead of three? Calling on the Name of the Lord and God Has Spoken downloaded, but The Book of Isaiah didn't. DAL
Thanks for the report, DAL. I'll take a look.

Yasmin, You should get a free upgrade to the Logos edition if you purchased the Vyrso edition. This book was part of a group that had some complications. Let me take a look and then we'll get you taken care of. Thanks for your patience.

MJ, I've confirmed that DP had not been turned on for Classics of Western Spirituality. It's been enabled and you should be able to see your dynamic price.
-
I'll take a look at it, MJ. My guess is that when this was posted DP was turned off because no one owned any of the volumes. They would've turned it on at shipping. Now that they've shipped in base packages that has obviously changed. Thanks for pointing this out. I'll report back when I verify.

We're not quite sure when Master Journal Bundle 2.1and Theology Journal Bundle 2.1 will be available again, but we're hoping it will be soon. We have some content adjustments to make and when those are complete it will be available again. If you purchased MJB 2.1 or Theology Journal Bundle 2.1 your library will not be affected. To date, there have been

Just an oversight. You're all set now! [<:o)]

I've addressed this issue in detail in this thread: https://community.logos.com/forums/p/130182/846034.aspx#846034.

We included a large number of Pre-Pub (PP) and Community Pricing (CP) in Logos 7 base packages. If you've purchased a base package and actively participate in PP and CP, it's highly likely you have received a resource(s) in your base package purchase which you also ordered through PP or CP. For example: If you pre-ordered Theology is for Proclamation
H ermeneia and Continental Commentaries are also in Lutherian Gold (although it may not be all of the series as it's labelled as having only 'some'), that might be a cheaper option though. https://www.logos.com/product/81173/lutheran-gold
I can confirm that Lutheran Gold has the entire Hermeneia and Continental Commentary

Enabled!

Should be good to go now.
-
Don't worry, we won't take anything away without your approval. If you like these commentaries, you'll be able to keep them.

We're in the process of making content adjustments that have become required in the last week. This will not affect your library if you have already purchased a bundle. The Master and Theological Journal Bundles are affected. Academic and TJL remain available for purchase.
Sweet so it will be cheaper. Thanks Matthew
And the more bidders you guys can recruit, the cheaper it'll be. Win-win.
-
Dynamic Pricing does not appear in the bidding stage. Once your bid converts to a formal Pre-Pub order, Dynamic Pricing will show up.
Thanks Matthew, I don't see it yet on my account - does it take some time to update the page, ie I should be patient , or is something amiss?
It should be showing up. Would you mind listing the books that are in question? It will help me diagnose the problem accurately.

I've enabled Dynamic Pricing.
Hi Matthew i was going to email ... But then i read your reply as meaning that the credit would be automatic, and that i need only contact CS if i wanted a refund on my CC. I would like a credit, if that is OK. Thank you. Many regards, Martin.
I'd be happy to.
