Hello, I have a commentary on CD, and I'm importing it into Logos 5. I'm new to personal books, and I'm looking for a way to add milestones without having to track down every scripture reference in the commentary manually. Does anyone know a shortcut for finding scripture references in the word document and automatically adding the milestones? I have

Any idea how you would format the milestones?

I am searching all commentaries. If I search only the collection that the For Everyone commentaries are in, I end up with no results.

ha :) Hopefully when you say "lighten the mood" you mean of the thread overall, and not my contributions to it! If I appear frustrated, judgmental, or in any way negative - that's certainly not how I feel! And for what it's worth, I really value the plurality of voices and perspectives!

I'm curious if you can disclose which tradition's base packages sell the best (including Verbum). My observation has been that the March Madness votes tend to favor Reformed theologians (and now commentaries, presumably). I would also presume that Faithlife's largest market is from Reformed traditions - so I'm curious to see if that assumption is correct

Who else has NBBC? I can't find it anywhere
-
One serious advantage to having this at some tier is that pastors could include faithlife connect in their ministry budget rather than personal budget.

I suspect that the largest American market would be Reformed anyway. I am a Wesleyan, and I find that among laity in many Wesleyan congregations, Reformed ideas and theologies are very prevalent. The SBC and their stores and publishing are also very influential culturally. Most radio stations lean toward Reformed theologies. American Christianity, by

They also capitalized on the Now frustration with language which indicates that they read Logos forums...

But as for the 8th Coming of Logos, given the curfuffle caused by them releasing Logos 7 in August instead of October (2 months "early"), I would guess they would do around

This already happens with the online app. Using the app's online indexing on our desktop installations would speed up Logos quite a lot, anyway.
The Desktop app will continue to use local indexing (except for a some specialised searches like Morph Query and Bible Browser, which also require a subscription). The web app is the choice for full online work.
I'm aware of how it works... I'm simply taking note that if the resources already available (web app indexing

I posted the idea I outlined in this post here: https://community.logos.com/forums/p/171353/989992.aspx#989992
What is frustrating to me is that it can be done. Given that it is interpretation, reading the Old Testament as foreshadowing through the lens of the New Testament, I see it as a place Faithlife is telling me how to read the text rather than simply presenting me with the text. Were I Jewish or non-Trinitarian, I would not be

Where would be the appropriate place to request a feature for the forums? The ability to hide regularly rude customers would make the forum experience much nicer.

For what it's worth, I've ordered all volumes of this set. I hope publication is timely.
(And thanks for the word-history lesson. )
It seems it was perhaps not terribly helpful! Thank you for your work on wishlists!
