Also - the v2 announcements don't show the countdown clock

I was just coming here with this same concern. Hopefully they'll get it resolved quickly!

Thanks for considering saving the splitter position - that will be such a help. I would want just the notes on the confidence monitor - the maximum real estate for the ideas. I haven't followed news about the editor you spoke of. I'm eager to see it!
-
I love the "Default Confidence" option in settings - fantastic execution. It it possible to add Notes to that section? So that whenever a sermon from Logos is imported, the notes appear on the confidence monitor? I use my sermon notes in Proclaim after exporting them from Logos. It's great to have the notes match whatever I place on the screen. But

Yes, and by switching back and forth between the web and mobile app, I can get a most functions, but it is a frustrating experience.

With the growing Chromebook market, which utilizes Android apps, and IOS 13, which turns the ipad into a small computer, this is more relevant now that ever. Editing sermons from a smartphone may not be terribly practical, but many of us are now using the app with a large screen and keyboard - and this feature has true significance.

I am actually still running into this, but now it is getting worse. Neither my iPad nor my Android tablet are working properly. Both crash frequently and both often fail to change the slide when it is told, and come back with a message that the slide wasn't changed. At this point, I can't rely on this to work. I utilize the notes section to keep sermon

I didn't know that was an option. I'll get that set up. Thank you

The AMD video drivers are installed. They are the same version as I was using prior to reformatting the computer. Additionally, since reformatting, the app is now functioning. It may be that the issues were either a corruption or driver issue within Windows, or a corrupted installation of Proclaim. I'll keep you posted if anything changes. Also, I sent

The AMD drivers are installed and are the same version as what I had most recently prior to reformatting the computer. I sent the remote app logs. My initial tests with the app since reformatting the computer have been positive. As of now, it seems to be working. Is it possible that some corruption or driver malfunction on Windows or a corruption within

I got desperate today and reformatted the computer. Fortunately, Proclaim is just about the only thing on it. It fixed the black border issue. I'll test the remote tomorrow.
-
I sent off the crash logs for Proclaim Remote. Justin, I will gladly work with you to resolve it. I would even be willing to grant you remote access to the computer if it would be helpful. Let me know what you need. Nick

I'm borrowing my wife's iPad now. It seems to be working without issue. It will get us through tomorrow. If you have instructions for how to send a log file from Android, I'll get one to you. Thanks for everything you guys do to keep us working.

I spoke too soon - I'm back to having problems with the app.
-
Justin, I apologize - I shouldn't have used the forum to vent frustration. I have resolved the problems with the app. I assumed that it was an app-side issue, but it was actually a problem with the worship software. When I synced it, it froze. Once it was restarted, the app worked again. When it was failing, I did submit the problem through Google Play

When I press "control presentation" or "follow presentation" it crashes. I have to admit - I was really excited about proclaim when I bought a year of it. Now I have videos that don't play properly and an app that doesn't function, and I'm frustrated and disappointed.

Sorry for the delay - busy season. Windows 10 v1803. OS Build 171334.706 I recently uninstalled proclaim, deleted the information in the local folder of AppData, and re-installed. It re-downloaded everything but didn't fix the issue. If it helps to know, the resolution of the projector is 1920x1080. The scale is 100%. This happens whether I show a video

I'm still dealing with this - any other ideas?
-
I tested these two fixes today - neither helped. We have a Radeon RX 580 GPU, and I updated the drivers to that as well. So far the border remains. This is a shot in the dark, and if no users are experiencing the same issue it probably isn't correct - but the videos were recently re-transcoded for the signage. Is there any chance that's creating issues
