    Did you read the fine print that I said in this specific case Logos 9 Academic Professional includes everything in Logos 8 Academic Professional? And I also said in the case it didn't, contact sales. My point is if you upgrade directly, it is going to be more expensive. If you contact sale for the non-trivial case, they will make it a credit.     That’s my experience in Logos 8 launch. I contacted the sales at least twice and they are giving me wildly different price. Simple things is simple. Other than that it is error prone. I’m not saying some are deceitful. But some may not know better to do it correctly. also see the other thread about “Logos discount” where there are numerous example of

  • Eligibility of Logos 9 International?

    Hi, from some of the "This title is included in the following collections" I can see a bunch of Logos 9 International but is unavailable for me. What is the eligibility? My default account set up is in the U.S., but at the same time I'm a Hong Kong citizen with credit cards in Hong Kong too (and is in the billing info.) Would Hong Kong citizen be eligible

My educated guess: in the end they will support it it takes time, tons of time for complicated applications, and Logos is complicated (a lot of dependencies, such as the speech to audio) it should be less complicated then Adobe CC, as they uses some very old API on Mac (while probably not a lot).     It probably is well known, but worth to reiterate: Do not just upgrade to buying some Logos 9 packages from the website if you bought any Logos 8 packages within 30 days.     Current situations: - Library has an export tool: one can "Print/Export..." then select export to either xml, excel, csv files - there's no easy way to batch edit something in the Library. (batch as in doing something a lot, programmatically) - there's no way to uniquely identify a title in Library. i.e. there's no search syntax that can confidently

    I experienced a lot of minor annoyance after changing password in my Faithlife account. One of them is that I now no longer receive email notification from this Logos forum.   • Logos 9 Academic Professional removed Hermeneia full collection

    In the beginning of Logos 9 launch the Logos 9 Academic Professional included the Hermeneia full collection. But it was removed sometime before today. Now as in Logos 8 Academic Professional it only includes the Q volumes from Hermeneia and nothing else.
