Being able to use Logos and READ MY BOOKS EVEN IF THERE IS NO INTERNET/WIFI/3G CONNECTION is ultra-important. Want to go to the country and research in your Logos books with an iPad? Have fun finding a signal. ......I made this decision based SOLELY on my use of Logos.
This is the only reason why I am holding out on

Yes. I agree Dan, lol. I am making myself available to anyone that wants to give their iPads away in the future.

No Rosie. I only have Scholar's library. I want to upgrade to Platinum very soon though! Hint, hint....( If anyone at Logos is reading this !).......lol......

I guess it paid off for me to mention this Spurgeon 86 vol. collection in the forums! Logos emailed me and gave me an offer for the entire collection for $329.95! Yes! I had to grab it. It was an offer I couldn't refuse. Thanks Logos!!!!

Yeah Todd, I think I'm leaning on the decision of buying Spurgeon's sermons and whatever else is offered of him in March Madness instead.
His biographies do not particularly interest me in Logos format. A book like that I had rather read in paper / book form.
I agree Michael. I am finding it kind of hard or uneasy myself trying to read books in Logos format. Nothing like a book with real pages.

I vote for a James White collection as well. Love his work. I'm not saying I agree with everything he says. As well as anyone else that I like. Come on Logos, bring on James White's books!

Hello everyone, I was considering on buying the Charles Spurgeon collection (86 vols.) for $699.95 Is it worth the money? But I was considering on buying the discounted works ( Lectures to my Students, The Treasury of David, My Sermon Notes ) of Spurgeon that are offered through the "March Madness" program. Is this the better option? Please give me

I was at Tampa's seminar as well. I highly recommend people should go. I would love to go again. It's worth the money.

Logos 4.0b crashes when I try to open the Collections section. I also opened Logos using the "blank layout" feature. But it still doesn't work. I have a Dell Inspiron 1525, Windows Vista, and almost 2GB out of 3GB free. This problem only started tonight. I haven't had this problem at all since I downloaded the update the other day. ( I also tried to

I am having the same problem as well John. When I open "collections" section, Logos crashes. It hasn't happened before. It just started today.

Damian, Thanks for the tip. I tried the advanced prioritized way also. I looked at the wiki page and checked out the instructions and watch the video on it as well. I also have been thoroughly checking out my Camp Logos manual for the directions. Seems to work on my Expository Bible Commentaries but doesn't seem to be working on any other commentaries

Thanks alot SteveF.

For example you could have a collection named Matthew and then include the resources you would like searched when that collection is selected. Thanks Fred. This is something I may try. Just wondering how long it will take me to set it up.
-
So define a collection of "Fave commentary on each book" and then priotise that above the commentaries ... Jonathan, I just may try this. Thanks for the help! This is probably the only way to do this in Logos 4 right now.

Hello everyone. I have a question. Is there anyway for me to set up Logos 4 to look up specific commentaries when I go to a specific book of the Bible? Thanks if anyone can help. example : If I go to the book of Matthew : Have Expositor's Bible Commentary look it up first. If I go to Mark : Have Tyndale Commentaries look it up first. If I go to John
