the screen shot you provided is what each of my books look like. They are all shown as downloaded. However, I played around with the settings...wish I could remember what I did...and found something that said "Show all" and that fixed it. Thanks for your help!

Thanks, Mike--I have done that, twice. Still not able to see the commentaries in a passage search.

I've had the same problem. But following the instructions does not change anything. They all show up as downloaded in the library, but do not show up in a passage search.

Recently bought a new computer and installed Logos 8. Resources in my library are downloaded and show when I open the library. However, when I do a passage search, only the commentaries from Pulpit Commentary show up--but not the hundreds of others I own. I can open them one at a time from the library pane, but not all at once. I have followed the instructions

Thanks Graham. You've been a big help. I appreciate it.

Thank you. I am well aware of this. It just looks as though Logos is asking me to repurchase the same books I've already owned for years. That is the reason for my question.
-
Thanks Graham. One more question. Can I just install the engine and continue to use all the books I've already purchased? If so, why am I being encouraged by Logos to purchase an "upgrade"?
-
I need a little help in finding the L5 engine that is free. I currently have L4. When I click on "upgrade to L5" I'm taken to a page that gives pricing for purchasing it outright. Help?

David, I am using a Samsung Galaxy S

I've noticed that in trying to scroll through my library, if I go too fast (otherwise it would take all night) the program force closes and I have to start all over again. But if I use the search bar at the top and, say, type in "W" to get to the bottom of the list, it doesn't take me there either. So I type "wa" and I get a jumbled list of items totally

A couple of further examples: "4000 Questions and Answers on the Bible" opened for the first time took me to p. 159. "The Contemplative Pastor" opened to p. 33.
-
I've noticed the same thing--some books opening to a random page. I just opened "I Never Knew That Was in the Bible!" for the first time, and it opened to page 350. And it's happened on several others.

The Special FAQ section here states that if I purchased the Logos 4 DVD, the serial number should be on a sticker on the back of my packaging. There was NO such sticker, and NO number. Now what?
